Our Cancelation Policy
We appreciate your business and would like to make you aware of our policies. These are set to ensure that our guides do not loose their wage due to not being able to rebook trips. We aim to please our angling clients so if you are unable to make a trip and you can notify us with ample time, we can refund your deposit or make every effort to reschedule your trip for another date.
Deposit Policy
Fish Key West Florida requires a $300.00 per day deposit when booking in advance regardless if you book a 1/2, 3/4, or full day.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the $300.00 deposit will be returned, if the guide cancels the trip for any reason. If the client cancels the trip 30 days in advance, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. If the client cancels the trip within 48 hours of the planned departure date, payment in full is required.
